OUR BACKGROUND AND HISTORY
Educated in the great boarding schools of England - Prep School in Worcestershire and Public School in Surrey - in the 1950s and '60s, Frederick Ahmed brings the ethics and values of a bygone era to the world of estate agency.

Retiring after a 32-year career in the international oil and petrochemical industry as a chemical engineer, Frederick decided to utilise his experience of buying, since 1975, and letting, since 1976, his own London properties for the benefit of others. And so Arbor Estates was born.

A fluent German speaker from his 8 years working in the investment planning group of Germany's national oil company, Frederick offers a refined and cultured environment for his clients.

A great protagonist of the classical culture of Europe, the ethos of the company is courtesy, integrity and professionalism.

With the full FPC and CeMAP qualifications, Frederick is also able to offer mortgage advice and arrange general and term insurances for his clients.
